Purpose of processing
The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a computerized file by ORSOL. This file is used to respond to your requests for information about ORSOL products. This file is also used to carry out marketing operations (customer loyalty, promotions, etc.) and to send e-mail advertising to our customers who have not objected or who have accepted it, on products similar to those of interest to our customers or on other products offered by the company.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing is, on the one hand, the legitimate interest of ORSOL (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation), namely to promote our products to our customers, and, on the other hand, consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code.
Processed data
In general, you are not required to provide us with any personal data when you visit our website www.orsol.fr. However, there are certain exceptions to this principle. For some of the services offered on our site, you may be asked to provide us with certain information, in particular data relating to your identity, such as: your name, your position, the name of your company, your e-mail address, your postal address and your telephone number. The data collected is kept for 3 years from the date of submission of the form.
