How can I benefit from the ORSOL 10-year warranty?
All the features of ORSOL cladding and architectural elements, and the quality of their manufacture, make them reliable, long-lasting products for homes and public spaces. Their technical and color resistance make them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. ORSOL guarantees its products for 10 years. This warranty applies to the products and not to their installation, subject to compliance with ORSOL installation recommendations (IDÉAPOSE process, product data sheets and site instructions) and the use of ORSOL installation products.

Which products to use, for which substrate?
Each substrate requires its own specific preparation. Refer to the table below to find out which products (undercoats, primers, adhesives) should be used depending on the substrate and type of facing. These products are available in the ORSOL catalog. For any support other than those specified, and for any questions you may have, our sales team is at your disposal to carry out studies and make specific recommendations. This can be requested directly on the Contact page of the website.

What is the price per m²?
ORSOL does not sell its products directly. Each price is therefore unique to each retailer. Nevertheless, we invite you to contact our sales department, who will be able to send you a quote from a dealer near you: contact@orsol.fr – 05 53 36 69 89, or via the Contact page of our website.
Other forms on the website, such as the one on the Je Pose Moi-Même page, allow you to provide more precise information about your project and the number of m² you’ll need, so that we can advise you on the right quantity and the right products to use.
How do I order ORSOL samples?
Since April 2025, ORSOL samples have been available for direct sale on our dedicated website matiera.com, accessible to both private and professional customers. Here you can order samples of all our products, with free delivery in mainland France within 8 to 10 working days. To encourage your project, up to 2 samples are reimbursed on presentation of an invoice for ORSOL products or their application.
