The ” 29 Renan ” residence in Malakoff, department 92, a 17-home project, incorporates more than 1,000 m2 of ORSOL-exclusive brick cladding.
Rafik Soualhi, Promège’s Technical Director, gives us some details of the project and the collaboration with ORSOL.
As the building’s facade is the main focus of the project, it was imperative to match the aesthetic and style desired by the town council. The idea was to design a building with an undeniable heritage character, while at the same time nodding to the neighboring buildings in the area, where briquette is widely used.
The choice was therefore made for a warm-colored, textured brick facade. The shade of the facing brick is lighter on the recessed facades, marking the volumetry of the project. The Old School collection in sepia and graphite tones was mixed during installation.
This material is also used on the low fences, bringing a homogeneous treatment to the building.
White ORSOL brick also covers a large part of the building, adding a touch of freshness and color contrast, especially with the combination of materials with the golden zinc that covers the upper part of the building.
The ORSOL brick matched the aesthetic perfectly, and was the best value for money, with an unbeatable delivery time.
